Indoor meeting rooms are available year round for rental from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., or 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

The below cancellation fee schedule will apply:

  • Cancellations from time of payment to 30 days before reservation date, a 20% fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations from 30 days to 10 days prior to the reservation date, a 50% fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations less than 10 days prior to the reservation date, no refund will be given.
  • No refunds will be given for no shows.

A $100 refundable deposit will be added to all reservations.

*The serving and consumption of alcohol and/or use of illegal drugs is prohibited in Boardman Park and will be enforced by the Boardman Police Department
