Maag Outdoor Arts Theatre - construct Restrooms & Concessions Facility. Currently, only Port-A-Johns are available.
Lariccia Family Community Center - complete Phase II of the Renovation and Expansion Project
Main Public Restrooms (near Kids' Town Playground): Enlarge and Renovate the existing facility to accommodate the increase in the number of Park Visitors & to make fully ADA compliant. Facility built in the early 1960's, and currently consists of original equipment & is not fully ADA compliant.
High Ropes and Challenge Course: Provides physical challenges and team building exercises for schools and other organizations. Project also includes the renovation of Knollwood Pavilion, which will be used for Course classroom instruction and equipment storage.
Historical Village Green: Transform the existing greenspace into a Village Green to include: Gazebo, Landscaping, and other historical amenities. Creation of central meeting place, which will bring all the Historical Buildings together in a cohesive historical setting.
