Each Pavilion had roll-down tarps,
lights, water faucets, electrical outlets and charcoal grills.
Reservations are required for all facilities. Fees are
structured: Resident of Boardman Township, Non-Resident, Non-Profit
Rates.
CANCELLATION AMOUNTS:
20% up to 30 days before event, 50% from 30 to 10 days before event, no refund if cancelled within 10 days of event.
FEE FOR RETURNED CHECKS: $30.00.
RESERVATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE
THE RESERVATION IS MADE. RESERVATIONS NOT PAID ON-TIME MAY BE
CANCELLED. THE TRANSFER OF RESERVATIONS IS PROHIBITED. NO REFUNDS
FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
BOARDMAN PARK IS ALCOHOL-FREE.
Thomas C. Masters Pavilion
A 150-seat open-air pavilion with attached restrooms, dedicated in
honor of Thomas C. Masters who was a 20-year Park Board member.
He was one of the concerned citizens instrumental in having St.
James Meeting House moved to its present site in the Park, thus
saving it from demolition. Under his tenure many improvements were
added to the Park, including Kids’ Town Playground, Beard Family
Cabin, Maag Outdoor Arts Theatre and several pavilions.

Edgewood Pavilion
Open on three sides, Edgewood accommodates approximately
50 guests. It contains lights and electrical outlets, and running
water is available from
a water faucet located
on the outside of the one solid wall. The interior side of the wall
features a fireplace. A few small grills surround the structure, as
well as an abundance
of open areas where nets and other games may be set up. This
pavilion is located closest to the children's playground.

Veterans (Vets) Pavilion, the size and floor plan are identical to

Chester
V. Long Pavilion
This pavilion, named for the architect who designed it, will seat
approximately 100 guests and is open on three sides. The fourth side
has a large indoor grill. There is also a large outdoor charcoal
grill. Lights and outlets are available as well as a water spigot
located on the grounds adjacent to the pavilion. Its location at the
entrance to the Hike/Bike Trail makes it a popular choice for hikers
and strollers.

Pavilion
Named for the longtime Boardman resident who was a member of
Boardman Kiwanis and several
other
community
organizations, this pavilion will seat approximately 100 guests and
is open on
all four sides. There is no fireplace. There is a large outdoor
grill measuring 3' x 18". This pavilion, like the Long Pavilion, is
located near the Hike/Bike Trail.
