Reservable Facilities:
Boardman Township Park, located 1/4 mile east of the Southern Park Mall on U.S.
Route 224. The Park is open year-round from 7:00 a.m. to dark. Reservations
for Park Facilities, which are available for rental year-round, may be made online,
in person or by calling the Park Office at 330-726-8105 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday thru Friday.
Rates:
- Rates are subject to change.
- Discount rates are available for Boardman Township residents.
- Non- residents rates are for anyone not living in Boardman Township.
- Non-Profit rates are available for 501 (C) (3) Organizations
- Non-Profit reservations cannot be made online and must be made through the Park
Office.
Park Rules:
- Reservation Holders (i.e. the person making the Reservation) must comply with the
Rules and Regulations of the Park.
Listed below are some of the rules that are specific to Reservations.
- The Park is ALCOHOL FREE
- Number of guests cannot exceed the building capacity required by the Township Fire
Code.
- Reservation Holders are responsible for the behavior of their guests and the condition
of the facility.
- Music and noise must be kept at an acceptable level as to not annoy other reservationists.
- Reservations have specific time slots. Plan your event according. Allow time to
prepare/set-up before your guests arrive and you must be prepared to exit the building
at the end of your time slot.
- Time Slots for Meeting Rooms and Pavilions are
- 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- All day, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

All open air pavilions ADA accessable and are rented only from April to October.
