Each indoor meeting room is equipped with heat/air-conditioning, a
kitchen, tables, chairs and restrooms.
CANCELLATION AMOUNTS:
20% up to 30 days before event, 50% from 30 to 10 days before event, no refund if cancelled within 10 days of event.
FEE FOR RETURNED CHECKS: $30.00.
RESERVATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE
THE RESERVATION IS MADE. RESERVATIONS NOT PAID ON-TIME MAY BE
CANCELLED. THE TRANSFER OF RESERVATIONS IS PROHIBITED. NO REFUNDS
FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
BOARDMAN PARK IS ALCOHOL-FREE.
Georgeanna A. Parker Activity Center
Named for the Boardman Schoolteacher who funded its construction,
this room seats up to 42 guests at eight rectangular (2-1/2 x 6 -
foot) tables. Three similar tables are also available for food or
gifts. This room contains a small kitchenette with an electric stove
top (no regular oven), a full-size microwave oven, a sink and under-the-counter refrigerator. The park will provide free
firewood for the fireplace if this is requested at the time the
reservation is made; but the fire must be started and maintained by
those reserving the facility. No firewood after March 31st.
A projector screen and podium are available.

Elton Beard Family
Cabin
Named for the longtime Boardman resident who was active in the Boardman
Rotary, the Boardman Historical Society and volunteer of many hours
to the community, this facility will seat
72
guests. There is a full kitchen. The cabin has heat and is
AIR-CONDITIONED.
It
has ceiling fans, a fireplace, coat rack, water fountain and
restrooms. This facility, located behind Kids' Town
playground, may be reserved for youth parties age 12 and under. The
cabin has nine 5' round tables and five 6' rectangular tables.

Center Multipurpose Room
Up to 112 guests may be seated at the 14 circular tables (5' in
diameter) in this room, which also contains five 8' rectangular
tables which work well for food or gifts or as head tables. There is
a full kitchen. Parking
for about 25 cars is available in front of the building, with
additional parking at several other lots a short distance away.
If you wish to reserve space in this
room for a disc jockey or dancing, seating is reduced to 80 guests.

Located on the left side of the building, this long room has 15 5' round tables and several long tables and chairs for 120 guests, with one
additional table of the same size available for food and gifts.
Firewood may be requested at
the time the reservation is made, but the fire must be started and
tended by those using the room.
The Boardman Rotary Room/electrical outlets, a full kitchen and a fireplace.
