The Facilities of Boardman Township Park

Boardman Township Park, located 1/4 mile east of the Southern Park Mall on U.S. Route 224.  The Park is open year-round from 7:00 a.m. to dark.  Reservations for Park Facilities, which are available for rental year-round, may be made online, in person or by calling the Park Office at 330-726-8105 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

• Rates are subject to change.
• Discount rates are available for Boardman Township residents.
• Non- residents rates are for anyone not living in Boardman Township.
• Non-Profit rates are available for 501 (C) (3) Organizations
• Non-Profit reservations cannot be made online and must be made through the Park Office.

1. Reservation Holders (i.e. the person making the Reservation) must comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Park. Listed below are some of the rules that are specific to Reservations.
   
   • The Park is ALCOHOL FREE
   • Number of guests cannot exceed the building capacity required by the Township Fire Code.
     
2. Reservation Holders are responsible for the behavior of their guests and the condition of the facility.
   • Music and noise must be kept at an acceptable level as to not annoy other reservationists.
   • Reservations have specific time slots. Plan your event according. Allow time to prepare/set-up before your guests arrive and you must be prepared to exit the building at the end of your time slot.
3. Time Slots for Meeting Rooms and Pavilions are
   • 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
   • 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
   • All day, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

All open air pavilions ADA accessable and are rented only from April to October.
